We Should Not Whitewash What Took Place At The Nations Capitol

Navigating Leadership as a Young Doctor
We are all human, battling our own unique fights behind closed doors, so let’s treat each other kindly. Kindness goes a long way, so my goal is to always lead with a kind heart.
Lean into & Learn from Rejection
I’ve dealt with rejection my entire life; it sucks, but I’ve learned to lean into it and learn from it over time. Rejection can make us better while opening our eyes to potential gaps in our skillset. I believe it is important to give yourself grace after being rejected, but then to dust yourself off and get back to chasing your goals.
Tips to Protecting My Peace
Say ‘no’ more. Saying no to things I don’t want to do, paintings I don’t want to paint, or virtual events I don’t want to attend gives me back the control over my happiness.
Set Big Goals & Remember To Show Up For Them

Striving For More Doesn’t Mean That You Think You Are Better

Left Vs. Right-Brained? Why Not Both?
Art has always been a special part of my life. I have truly been blessed with a talent that not only enhances my career, but also allows me to use my left and right brain to the fullest.
