I’ve dealt with rejection my entire life; it sucks, but I’ve learned to lean into it and learn from it over time. Rejection can make us better while opening our eyes to potential gaps in our skillset. I believe it is important to give yourself grace after being rejected, but then to dust yourself off and get back to chasing your goals.
